In all the years I’ve had pins this is the first time I’ve encountered this problem.
You lift the playfield a little then pull it foreward until it clicks then raise it up and lean it again the backbox. Well that’s what is supposed to happen but it won’t pull foreward to click due to it looks like the spring has fallen off one side and the locking arm is sitting at the wrong angle and jamming it. Unless I can persuade a small child to climb inside and move the ratchet arm thingy then what’s the answer guys. Ken

I've had issues with the arms getting bent out of shape before and I just pulled the playfield out and removed both brackets. A bit of time spent with the hammer to get them back in line and they were fine

Well I’ve done it. No good asking her indoors to help lift the playfield (it’s a wide body anyway) as somehow when she helps she gets sh*t up, cut or traps her fingers and it’s brought up every time we have “words”.
