Check your fliptronic board fuse for the left flipper (3A slow blow).

For the Drop Target confirm it is what you think it is, double check the switch using the switch matrix (Tests T1) and active switch matrix (Test T2). Then check each switch in the switch matrix that is next in line (row and column) to the drop target, you may have one wired up incorrectly or a diode the wrong way round.

At the moment I can't find anything linking the three areas, flipper, idol release and Totem Drop Up.
All the boards looked good, are they shorting on anything behind? The power driver board and the Fliptronic board would be my first checks.
