Out with the crap
A few weeks ago what started as a yoga room for the wife I decided to deliver the office to the local tip along with a ton of crap and hey presto.
A workstation and room for at least 3 Pins but maybe 2 and a couple of arcade cabs on phase two.
Just waiting on TWD turning up for the opposite side.
As for the Yoga room that’s Phase 3 some point
