Tried to change For sale to no longer available on a Bad Cats ad, and For sale to sold on Grand Lizard but can't for the life of me work out how you do it.

How to change For Sale to No longer available

Go into your thread, click on 'Thread Tools' which is located at the top somewhere. In there select 'Edit Title'
That should do it.
