How do you remove one of these ???

Hey, does anyone have any tips for removing one of these things ?
It seems impossible to get anything in under it to lever it off .

Unscrew whatever post is in the t-nut from the other side first and then use a small flat bladed screwdriver to lever it up

Thanks but the screw that goes through it has snapped in half!

Needle nose pliers. Bend the locking tabs on the T Nut out if the wood. Then punch / tap the screw from above (carefully). Should all drop out.

Thanks Sarge , I ll have a word with forward air control and make sure the LZ is clear around the b&q perimeter before embarking on a mission for these needle nose pliers. I trust this is not a left handed monkey wrench errand

Screw the screw only back in a couple of turns and tap it out with a hammer.
Or use a Phillips screwdriver that just fits into the hole and again tap with a hammer.

That's done the trick , add another beer to the beer debt I already owe you
