I can't find an 'add event' button, am i missing something?

How do we add events to the calendar since the update?

Sorry mate - was set to only site supporters and admins could add - should be there for you now 
Go to any of the Calendar options, fine the date and click on the plus to add on that date....
Strangely you should be able to add from the events forum, however i seem to have broken that... another on the list to be fixed

It was in the events forum that i was trying to add them.
in fact, if you click on Calendar, in the top right corner you can create an event... thats makes a little more sense... This then creates a thread based around it.....
