Only way I can get pins into my games room is by removing the back box. I got help with my Creature as it just looked a bit much for me. GB has far fewer connectors etc. Should it be fairly straight forward? Anything I should know before removing it?

I've taken the head of a GoT which is the same board system, easiest one to remove of any really, so few connectors. Only thing I'd be sure of is the RJ45 connectors as there was 2 of them so make at least those get labelled up

Take a load of photos of where the connectors go and the routing of the looms for reference and you should be fine. The cables will largely go back where they belong naturally anyway. If you're really worried then you can always label them but it shouldn't be necessary. Double check against your photos to be sure you have it right before powering up.

Lots of photos then. Label the connectors with a fine tipped permanent marker

Masking tape or similar on the cab will reduce your chances of scratching the artwork when you undo or remove the hinges

I think it should be easier than most machines as the power supply is in the backbox now also, very few wires into the cabinet and spike so runs of ethernet cable.
