So who was the op that painted their cabs like this?

Same operator did the 8 Ball Deluxe that was for sale a few months back. @Epotech mentioned it was Cresswell Coin in Worksop.

Good project to end up with a great system 11. I'm with Luke though, without a picture of the back, I'm torn ...

Okay
Just few more details
Last owner owned it for over 30 years
I fixed it over 20 years ago and fitted remote battery pack on side of machine
Some numpty who has come after me put new batteries on the pcb. Thus the leak

I replaced two glasses on the displays 2 decades ago

The displays according to the owner work (well last time machine booted)

If it really is a game changer I can reassemble playfield ramp etc.

Left hand side of game has leds and new rubbers. Right side doesnt.

I would give it a 75% chance of working with a replacement mpu

The old owner is a nice chap but he has decided to put a NIB game in his new home.

EPROMS and other chips from old mpu board are included.

Have tested all the coils in the game and they are okay

Power board has had capacitors changed and bridge rectifier replaced.

Sound board has also had new caps.

Customer wouldnt pay for redecal, new playfield etc as I advised it would cost him too much.

Hope this answers questions I have had PM’ed

Reckon that playfield would clean up nice enough without the need for a hardtop, bit of green to touch in on the right by the targets, mylar over that bit and just clean the rest.

Agree - maybe I'm just cheap, but I'd definitely try retouching first - overlay/hardtop in reserve! Love those system 11s.. fingers crossed for a winter project.. I don't mind fixing up boards either - but the main pcb does look fairly bad.!

Good price for a classic game...
