help with lights on pop bumpers?

so today on my 24 i swapped out the Gi bulbs to super brights and bought extra wedge and bayonette bulbs for the tops of the pop bumpers however i cant get them out! i thought they were wedge bulbs looking in the manual but i cant seem to pull them out and they also dont seem to twist out like the bayonette ones. Anyone have a 24 or another game where the bulbs stick out the top of the pops? dont want to yank at them and break anything.

Unless somebody has changed the fitting they will just pull out.
Hold the black lamp holder and put some stick into it

I'm pretty sure I had the same thing with my RFM, just had to get a good grip and give it a strong pull.

I sometimes push over a post sleeve rubber (yellow one) to get a better grip of the little blighter to get them out !

thanks for the clarification lol will give them a stronger pull was just worried id rip out a connection by mistake lol already found 1 bulb fitting thats fallen apart and needs replacing so wanted to avoid anymore breaking
