Help with GB add ons

Hi all. I have got a few mods to add to my GB. Got this sign but nothing else to attach it to. Anyone else have this sign and show me how it sticks to the fire house? Is it missing a bracket or something?

Is that yellow section double sided tape? Looks like it should have a bracket:
