help needed with a guardians of the galaxy its got us foxed

I recently bought a gotg and it has a weird fault when you lock the balls in groots mouth it cant spit them out spits them out in test ok if theres 3 balls in there it can just apart cope but with four balls it hasn't got the bollox to chuck them out as it only pushes them out week I wondered if any one else as come across the problem of knows a fix for it I haven't got a clue when it comes two this new stern stuff

Second link reading through could be a bad opto.
Run a switch test.

Have a read through, you'll see what I mean.

On that, good point it could also be the Solenoid coil sleeves or coil stops are worn. Would be worth checking. Assuming @andrew.m it's a used GOTG?

thanks for the replies it seems to be a problem with the optos I don't think these new stern games are any good as its only had 200 games played on it

Common fault on most newer Sterns, cheap crappy optos.
