Help! Attack of brain Fog!

Hello all. I am currently trying to repair a 1978 Bally Six Million Dollar Man am beginning to realise my advancing years. I though this a simple question relating to General and switched illumination. A quick question.... If the game is tilted, does the GI playfield lights go out? If so, Are they then part of the switched illumination? I dont have a manual and several wire colours have badly faded (the reds & oranges also the blues & greens) making wire tracing difficuly.

Any advice appreciated thaqnk you.

I haven't had one of these games, but I am familiar with many SS bally games. This is failry early 1978 so I doubt the GI is switched or dimmed.

So, no the GI wont be part of the controlled lamps, which incidentally are:

 

[Pop Bumper Pete]

Bally games of that year, the GI is not switched, lights should be on during a tilt

It was not until they moved the transformer to the lower cabinet that some games got switched GI
