Buttons have started to stick. Wheres the best place to buy them from? Ive looked on some sites but unsure as to which ones i need.
Ive read on pinside that its possible to take them to bits and repair them. Anyone done this?
Thanks.

Retro Arcade Specialist have the 3 button in stock and the 4 button on back order, dont know which Godzilla uses.

Pinball Heaven probably sell them as well but I can never seem to find anything when searching his site.

You don't need to buy new ones. I had the same issue with mine and just took them apart and cleaned the button contacts and pcb pads with some IPA and they've been fine ever since. Getting the switch unit apart is a little fiddly as it's plastic clips but go easy with a screwdriver or other prying tool and you'll be fine. Just clicks back together when you're done

I'm still waiting from NIB replacement buttons 😒

As mentioned here

And we have single buttons in stock to replace single button issues

Any issues or things you can’t find drop me a message happy to help

Uses 4 button ones mate. I always struggle to find stuff aswell.

I contacted Phil at PH and Patrick at Stern about the buttons (and the crappy shooter lane problem, faulty soldering, glue on rails, etc) in Sept 2022 and got nowhere for 5 months after several emails. Then I contacted Electrocoin as well and badgered all of them another 26 times by email for another 6 months until I finally received some buttons (even then Stern claimed they had sent them direct to PH but they were sat at Electrocoin with nothing but a serial number for reference). 11 months for buttons and a half-****d "fix" for the shooter-lane problem that hasn't worked (a spacer to nail into the side of the playfield).

I don't know which parts of the process are broken, but Electrocoin seemed to be the only ones who proactively tried to help resolve anything. Clearly (a) Stern have spare buttons, (b) shipments are regularly sent from them to PH/Electrocoin, and (c) they know all about the shooter lane issue - so why do they ignore customers who are chucking £8k+ to them for their products? The "customer service" is useless, and the "warranty" not exactly worth anything unless you are prepared to waste endless hours chasing everything

Its a mad situation... I dont chase Electrocoin often for stuff as always get told its with Stern, but its crazy all the delays that take place with stuff.

heres the link on our website

Someone posted on here that it was fairly easy to fix by dismantling and cleaning the assembly? Yes it's not great for a ££££ toy, but at least solves the issue...

Finally here (only because I bought some).

If you want to buy or get a free set under warranty (or buy a set), use this link please...

Yes well looks like it wont have it the way I want it, so back to sending me a PM or tagging it to an order of £10 or more to get FOC buttons.
