GOT display issues

I need a little help.
The display on my GOT has a couple of lines permanently lit.
Could this be and issue or main board issue?
I got the machine like it so now want to sort.
I don’t have another stern display to try just Williams ones which are different voltages.

I had an AC/DC but it’s deep in storage.
What are your thoughts?

Do you know if any sellers that can sell me these segments? As I have two lines at fault I may need a few.
Failing that a second hand display I guess.

If 8x8 segment needs replaced, pinball centre have them.

LED Dot Module 8x8, red

or there maybe someone on the forum that has some, you could do a wanted post, Many people will have changed these displays for colordmds, so you may pick up a full display for a reasonable price

As I have two lines out I will need the complete vertical row so maybe 3 per line. Is that correct?

If this is your problem, this guide seems to suggest to replace the segment with the dot out only. Or that's how I read it.

I wouldn’t waste your time they are very hard to replace And there are several different types just get a used one probably cost around £70

As others have said replacement screens are pretty easy to come by given how many of us have upgraded to colourdmd

Had the same problem on AC/DC premium. Tried to replace the bad segment - failed!
