I imagine seller has been offered more OR someone local has "grabbed the van keys" and took it
 
Spill the beans then. Did you get it for the asking price or did you offer them the going rate? I imagine they had a ton of offers
 
Doesn’t matter what he’s paid for it he’s well chuffed he’s got one … he would of paid more on here I would of thought due to bragging rights
 
The Gumtree ad was a mistake. The sellers don’t have social media and asked their friend to advertise on their behalf. I responded to the FB ad which was also 500 out. Another mistake. I offered 5750 and paid 5850. There are a couple of scratches on the glass. You can’t see them whilst playing so I’m disappointed but not enough to change it. No danger of any description anywhere else. About 1700 plays. All in all, I’m well chuffed.

Congratulations! Get a sheet of low reflective glass in there if the scratches start to bug you. 👍🏻

I’ve spent literally hours on my phone, searching. Glad it’s home. Had a few games and I’ve gone to the pub. I’ll have another go later when I can’t see properly.

Glad you got one, that's a fair price, a new sheet of glass is pretty easy to get around £100. Congratulations

Originally she had it listed for £900! Someone informed her it was worth £6000, so she changed the price to £5500.

I was ready to jump in the car there and then when it was £900, but the price quickly shot up and the dream of owning a Ghostbusters for £900 was dead.

Glad you got it and you are happy with the condition.
