Need the plastic above trap door

You need to be careful when you buy this one. As the hinge rests on this clear plastic, the plastic is meant to have a recess for the trap door hinge to rest in.

I guess you could file a flat repro down.

I got mine from the USA a couple of years ago with the correct recess in place.

Someone has put a separate plastic shim under the trap door which is still on the machine that is what im left with above. So the original will be slightly longer towards the trap door ?

The original is one piece of clear plastic. At the bottom left of your photo part is missing, about 6mm long with two holes in it for the hinge bolts to pass through. This usually snaps off over time.

That shim you mention was originally half thickness plastic so the top of the hinge is level with the curved plastic.
