Well it seems I can't stay away. Last week I got a message asking me if I want to buy a pinball, it was a bit weird as I wasn't looking for one and the ad was placed over a year ago.
So, well I went to look at it and came home with...

I know, I know, it's a gem! clean it up, i'm going to be rich!!

I got a free rag with it:

I forgot to take a picture of the fuse lottery, but all I won was a 5a mains fuse in the flipper board.

It's got a cabinet, with erm, great patina! mpu battery leak and I know it is one of the BEST system 11 games ever. Forget Pinbot, this is it!!

Is Millionaire that bad?

Well, what would you do? Scrap it and sell the parts or restore it?

i think the rot goes right up to the eproms, well the legs are tarnished. I have no experience with board repair, is there someone who repairs these?

Correct looks like you need to eventually replace at least 11 chips seen in your photo due to the battery crud. Beyond economical repair unless the work being done by a hobbiest.

Worth saving and fairly rare!
 
Thanks for the positive comments, well there is not a lot of hate for it, even with it's cheesy artwork! I just watched a Todd Tuckey video about it, it doesn't look too bad. I'm sure I played one back in the day, just can't really remember!
So anyway, I won't be scrapping it!
Does anyone know of a second hand mpu? I guess that is a common request!!

I actually had one about 15 years ago. It's pretty limited, looks pretty god awful, but I actually has a huge amount of fun with it. I remember getting my school mates over one weekend to chill and play my games. My lineup at the time was CV, BK2K, TZ, IJ, LAH, CFTBL, RS, F14 and Millionaire. I can categorically say that the most fun was had by all of them on Millionaire 😊
 
I have a box full of mostly playfield parts for this machine that I'll be sorting through shortly, so if you find you need anything then let me know. :)
