Trade For long term loan PROJECT flintstones

After my previous thread and from the advice I have received from the forum (thanks)

I have decided to put my project Williams flintstones out for long term loan.

I bought this as a project a couple of months ago, started got half way through and full blown renovations have started in the house, so won’t get around to complete it until then, I don’t want to store it in the garage as it will get damp.

The complete top of the playfield has been stripped, it’s all in boxes.
All the removed screws now have surface rust on them.
I started to clean everything but it will need to be redone.
It needs full new bulbs, a pop bumper metal bracket. Full rubber set, and the 5v wasn’t working.

If anyone likes to tinker and rebuild these, I would propose a long term loan of 6 months to rebuild the machine to a good playable condition (don’t worry about the cabinet)

I will also cover any repair costs up to £300, if any other bills over that they
are to be covered by whoever loans the machine.

I am based in Oswestry, Shropshire.
The loaner would need to cover the cost of transport to them, I’ll cover it back to me.

I have the manuals, and lots of photos from the strip down.
why not have machine repair it at your cost and when he wants it back tell him how much he owes you,at least he does not have to pay call out fees and labour costs.and to save delivery costs pick it up personally.

It's is but always a hard sell. Really needs colour display. Can't see a stock one players condition selling above 2500 now

what about a really knackered one in bits, like this?

There are a few crazy bastards out there who prefer to fix the games then play them just for fun :D

BUT if it’s unpaid I don’t think you should be putting a time limit on it, it gets done when it gets done as most likely will be in their spare time and definitely don’t say they need to cover any costs, if it goes over budget (or looks like it will) the owner should simply decide to cover the cost or just stop. No one is signing up to a project that they might have to potentially cover costs on top of offering their spare time!

The idea behind the ops proposal is not a bad one, I think it was not quite worded correctly and a few of the terms needs adjusting.
