Flipper problem

Hi, is there anyone in or near Hadleigh Essex that can have a look at a guys Bad Cats left flipper. it's stopped working. He doesn't own a dmm or any meter for that fact. He knows very little about pinballs.i think i've established
there ain't any wires off or broken.
