Having an issue with Fishtales where if the ball drains too fast the next ball hasn't made it into the hole in the trough yet so nothing there to kick it out, watching the coil after it kicks the ball out it very slowly goes back down, like it's staying up too long preventing the ball from taking its place in the kick out hole, if the ball is in play long enough it does drop back down eventually to allow the ball to proceed as normal. Could it be a replacement spring that's needed?

Sounds like it’s binding, give it a strip & clean, replace coil sleeve too, springs probably fine but check that too.

Id remove the kicker coil and coil stops. Inspect the the coil sleeve is in good condition. Check the return spring, that might be bad.
Sometimes the coil can be attached badly so it's at a slight angle meaning the plunger can't travel smoothly.

it'll just be gummed up at the kicker pivot. Remove the kicker from the pivot, remove the gunk and reassemble.

I had this exact same issue with my Wh2o. It was the pivot of the kicker all gummed up and sticking.
