Fish Tales LED ghosting issue

I bought the Noflix playfield LED kit for fish tales, thinking that there would be no problem with ghosting. But the ghosting is really bad.

I know there's a patch for WPC roms, but I can't find a link to it anywhere, I guess due to copyright reasons.

Does anyone have a link or the updated ROM file for FT?
