Reduced by £100 so I’ll stand the Martin Delivery cost. If no takers I’ll try Social then eBay
OK ive decided to move on a couple of recent project pins I have bought due to the fact it looks like it will be literally months till my left arm is up to the task of working on a pin and tbh Ill be happy when I can just play them.
I also currently have far too many projects anyway so to keep the missus happy by decluttering the garage it makes sense to move a couple. So first up is NF which I took delivery of only this week and on reflection should have sold before delivery to me via martin to save me the cost but it was by then sat in his van and on the way here
Luckily I managed to get it up on its legs with the help of a mate a couple of days ago and he played a few games to check it was as described when I bought it. It’s worth noting this was owned by the Same person the past 6 years trouble free. It was also serviced by a well known and very capable Pinfo member. Names are withheld but did speak to service guy and will supply history to any buyer.
I was told on purchase there were no errors but on delivery it did have a few and with the help of @PabloUK we fixed 2 of these errors by replacing a dickie switch and soldering a broken wire on another so all thats left is this weird one we just cant seem to find!
One fault on startup - Check sw 57 light kb. Top. - we have literally looked everywhere and checked all switches and optos but everything works and plays fine and heck if we can solve it.
Cab solid but has had lock bar some point that has been filled and touched up. Usual fade and a few scars here and there but nothing too bad.
boards look good albeit one of the usual problematic GI header plugs has been replaced but that said it has been done extremely well along with board track nearby. Also has battery saver fitted.
Really nice PF with nothing at all of consequence that i can see albeit dirty and desperate for a mini shop Wax and polish.
Would benefit from LED conversion which I always normally do along with a new set of rubbers which I can maybe chuck in with sale if I have all the sizes.
Ramp entrance has cracks but also stainless ramp protected by looks of it albeit one bent strangely. This doesn’t effect play.
Display working as it should and bright enough with little burn that ive noticed but happy to do display test if buyer insists.
I now have a Super Jackpot sign that will come with the sale so ignore melted one.
It has the melty ramp problem so it’s scarred badly at rear! I read up on this as being common to most NF’s out there but cant confirm as its my only NF in 30 + years collecting. Again doesn’t effect ramp loops my mate made 4 in a row and looks a really cool shot. This ramp is hidden at the back and can’t be seen while playing only when the PF is pulled out so cosmetically not a problem.
Can’t think of much else to say as ive only had the pin here 2 days and cant play pinball anyway so it will remain untouched till it sells or the buyer wants me to delve deeper but I’ll need my mate to help for obvious reasons.
Price! Well it stands me 2500 plus Martin Delivery which I don’t normally take into consideration, but as I cant play and wont get any use whatsoever out of the pin in the short time its here I've added delivery cost and see how it goes.
I realise this is strong money but it is what it is in this crazy market ATM so If no interest here I will go FB 1st followed by eBay but price is kinda fixed to get my money back at the very least.
thanks for looking Col
