Fault on a Bally Wizard, situated in Swanage, Dorset. Can anybody go and fix it for this lady please?

As title. The owner of this machine moved to the Swanage area recently and now her Wizard has developed a fault where player 4 doesn't always register. I don't live anywhere near so she asked me to see if there's somebody who could pop into her home and take a look and fix it please. She's does of course realise that she will have to pay for your time etc.

I'm in Swanage so could go and have a look BUT I'm not that good at repairs generally and have NO experience of E/Ms. If you can suggest what to look out for then I can try but chances are unlikely I will be successful unless it's something simple.
