Family guy error

Hi all recently getting my family guy constantly resetting it's displaying this error I've checked them fuses but they are ok any advice greatly appreciated

i read some time ago to do this, it seems odd, but has worked for a number of pin owners.....Tighten the screws on the 5v regulator with the big heat sink.

Tried that. It's still resetting I can't even get a game in

Need more input.

Did it work before? Anything changed recently? Have you flashed firmware? Etc.

Reseated all cables appears to be fine will keep posted
