But it’s the metal tab that attaches the ball guide to the playfield. These tabs are normally welded to the rail but rather handily, Gottlieb slide over the rail so you replace them if they break it would seem.

Anyone have one? Or know what they’re called so I can search them up??

Cheers

I believe PBR has a minimum order charge to the UK these days. I wanted a $20 manual and was told minimum order was $200. This was early last year

Should be TIG weldable. I would have done it for you but I no longer have access to a TIG welder.

yes they do. this was the compromise that persuaded them to keep shipping to the UK after the changes to the import Vat caused by Brexit. We're lucky they agreed to do this, other overseas suppliers just decided no shipping to UK at all. I order from them once or twice a year, and am happy to add items for other people. Don't have an order in progress yet though

Why not just use a Stackery account or similar? I set an account with them, all free and was very quick and simple, that gives you a US address to get items sent to, you can get multiple items sent then get Stackery to repackage into one box for shipping to the UK.

Very quick, convenient and simple.

I’ll send you a message David, thanks.

Not heard of them before. Adding an extra step in the chain sounds like it would add cost, but I guess I won't know that without trying.

Could be very useful for vendors who refuse to ship to the UK

Yes obviously another cost, however… in the instance I used it last the US seller charged me $8 to ship the package to my Stackery address, they hold packages at no charge for a time period (60 days?) then I was given options to be sent in the packaging it arrived on or have a repack, IIRC in the original packaging was $20 for it to be forwarded on, $10 if I wanted it repacked. This wasn’t for pinball parts, it was a PCB processor board in a box appx 10” x 8” x 3” and weighing appx 1Kg. So sent from the US to the UK at a cost of around $28, pretty good I thought. The big benefit is you can elect to have multiple shipments repackaged into one box for shipping to the UK which is where bigger savings could be made.

I use myus.com - exactly the same setup as above, only they insist on having an "invoice" from the sender declaring value - are Stackery the same?
