Ok I should know this... but my brain is frazzled today...

Am2732 and Am27C32. I know the difference is that the second one is cmos.. however what's the difference in real terms??

Thanks
Paul

I don't know specifically the Am27.. types but generally the cmos variants can be accessed faster and are less power hungry than their nmos counterpart.
The logic high/low thresholds are slightly different but overlap so should be fine unless used in some exotic knife edge circuit.

The main thing to watch though is the older nmos type require a higher programming voltage than the cmos so be sure and check the datasheet.
