EMI Filter Swap Out

I think you will agree from the photo I should swap out this filter...
Does it matter which live and neutral go into?

You can see the original black load changes to blue and comes out on line on brown just!.

Same with the white, going brown on load and emerging on blue on the line

Thoughts....

Just needs the wiring and soldering tidying up it's still working.

Run a ground into the game as well

In the USA BLACK Is HOT/LIVE (our brown)
WHITE is COLD/NEUTRAL (our blue)

Personally when I fit these into pinball machines, I put it after the mains switch. Otherwise it is permanenetly in circuit all of the time when the game is off. That does not really matter - something I do.......
