email notifications

how do i stop recieving notifications via email every time someone posts in a thread i have posted in?
i check in regularly so dont need these reminders.
i can normally suss this kind of thing easily but cant seem to find how to do it?

the wife is also starting to get miffed with 1am text reminders also.
