Elvis Sound not in English

Picked up my Elvis today and thought the female voice sounded hard to understand, watched some utube clips and its a male voice who is the DJ that introduces the music, so I have a female that is not speaking English.
Its all set to English and the display is fine, so am I right in thinking I need English sound roms ?
If so can somebody please point me in the right direction to get these ?

Its the female DJ voice in Spanish ! the rest seems to be fine, but think I have sorted it, got Jim on the case who can sort the roms for me.
