just a general query here I've played on scared stiff and quite enjoyed it , I'm looking at the new Elvira by stern and I'm fancying it whats peoples opinions on it ? I haven't played it but it looks pretty good any advice would be appreciated
I had a handful of games over at Neil's (oh the good'ol pre-lockdown days) and I really enjoyed. It's packed with modes and the shots aren't tough (like I find with JP2) but aren't easy either which makes it satisfying when you hit them cleanly.
Great all round game and a really well balanced game for all level of players I won’t be selling my le anytime soon I do think you will struggle with only 3 premium s that I know of Phil may have 1 due on the shipment due in 10 days but I don’t think is on the production line till November
Tons of flow, great code, ramps that feed the flippers, great lighting, gargoyles that jump up and the house is one of the best toys that I've seen in pinball.
Most importantly it has my favourite feature of all . . . . long shots that travel all the way up the playfield. There's something very satisfying about a long shot in the mold of Judge Dredd sniper tower.
I've seen the complaints about the barren playfield on Avengers, I suspect the long shots will be an absolute delight.
I don’t see too many coming up on the second hand market in the near future. If only a handful were sold in the UK you might have to wait for a while although Chris B Did talk about selling one a while ago.
That video is hard to watch it’s a fine line between funny and naff.
Halloween is normally huge around here. I end up spending easily over £100 on sweets as it’s non stop for about 3 hours. Not sure if anything is going to go on at all this year.
