I bought this off a forum member two years ago. It worked fine for a few months then began intermittently turning off mid-game. Andy the Legend came and fixed it, fitted a new CPU, did work to sharpen up the flippers etc and again it worked fine. Now a year later it has started turning off randomly again. So you play a few games then it turns off. When you restart it, it springs back to life. A knowledgeable member suggests it may be the bridge rectifiers. As I want to sell it anyway and get another game, I’m selling it as is. I don’t have any electronic skills and it would mean paying someone to fix it for me.
It cost me £850 since when I’ve spent about £150 on new board and Andy’s work. In addition it’s had a complete re-rubber and full LED. I know the fallacy of ‘it owes me £x’ so I’m just looking for what I paid for it two years ago. Lots of pictures follow. I’m in Matlock Derbyshire. The machine is in my basement games room and I will obviously help with moving it. My new ground level entrance should help! Happy to answer any questions. Two sets of keys and an enlarged A3 copy of the manual etc.
