Eddy board potentiometer solution or replacement?

The pot on my bulldozer eddy board sensor needs readjusting far too often of late.
It seems to go out of whack multiple times a week, while the other two in the machine have never needed readjusting.

What options do I have?
I heard there was an 'auto eddy board' but its no longer in production, so I guess that option is out.

Could I replace the pot? If so I have no idea what the part would be called.

@philpalmer sells the pots - we replace them on any game going thru Pinball heaven now. The auto eddy boards are not that great either.

Make sure you dont swap the boards around on roadshow - I am not sure if it is the case on RS but on ToM the three boards are two different types but look identical - but with different resistor values.
