Windows phone?
No way to remove it.. I've done that on mine. Ended up having to get the seller to file a non payment claim

"Relisted due to time waster!!" You could be that person !! Ha ha.

Hopefully the seller is cool and understands. I'm sure he wil

Dude, best you can do is apologise, say your drunk brother did it and you're really sorry and will pay his relisting fees.

Then get someone else to make an offer for you

Don't you have to click buy it now twice to confirm it....?

Looks like you've got an expensive toy to pay for.

They cant make you pay. At worst he complains and ebay suspend your account.
Boo hoo you open another

Sega Rally 2. Twin

Just say sorry to the seller and that you meant to make an offer rather than buy it now but your mobile device made a balls up of it and hopefully they understand. They can file a claim to get their fees back and the worst ebay can do is put a non paying bidder strike on your account, usually do that if there is no communication between bidder and seller but you are, I believe, allowed 3 strikes before banning but if they get their selling fees back not certain whether feedback can be left as there hasn't been a sale or purchase.

but the buyer could leave you negative however if they get their selling fees back not certain whether feedback can be left as there hasn't been a sale or purchase.

But he is the buyer. And sellers cannot leave buyers negative feedback under any circumstances. Ever.

Totally correct in what you say, sellers cannot leave negative - not since ebay changed the rules, too early in the morning fingers working but brain not in gear!! So have amended original post.

Forgot how one sided ebay is!!

Advice please…..

I was on my phone, was going to make an offer on a fairly large arcade machine, about the space of 3 pins, but somehow ended up hitting the buy button, when I wanted to make an offer…..no idea how…… what a tw@t!!

Where do I stand, I have sent the seller an email …….. saying will offer X, but the item now sits in my items to pay section at the full price!

Be honest even if it makes you look like a bit of a ****.

I would have thought even once you'd hit the buy it now button, you would still need to confirm it? so I'm thinking you haven't won anything yet.
Even if you had, I'm sure the buyer would understand. It's no hard ship for seller.

Ah ha, just read the last bit of sitting in your inbox to pay.
Wait for his reply.
He should just contact ebay himself to put a claim in, ebay will confirm with yourself, case closed, he relists at no cost,or he accepts your offer.

About a month ago I won an auction for a golden tee golf machine. Was about to drive to Bristol to collect when the guy asked if I could bring a generator as no power in garage.
I said I didn't have 1 and wasn't happy to proceed. He straight away contacted ebay, ebay wanted confirmation which I gave, case closed and all this within 2 minutes and he had relisted.
Don't worry about it. Just explain in detail what happened. You'll be ok

Thanks for the advice, had a friendly chat with the seller and we came to a deal.

So Sega Rally 2 coming soon, so either the Le Mans 24 goes or the sofa... mmmmm or need to replan the room again.

Anyone snag that HS2? It was BIN or best offer for £825! Described as 100% working minus a few bulbs.
I hovered over the BIN button then realised I have to pay for my taxi restore!!!
Then someone else bought it. Must have been on for all of 5 mins

Toyed with it but no space. Did look quite nice though. Not surprised it went quickly. Tonight seems to be LOTR night as 2 have just appeared. Can't see wither of them selling at the price they've been pitched at.
