Easiest way to remove these

There are some screws holding the silver deelys to the playfield - but there's these too. What's the easiest way to remove please ?

Just need to get something behind the ball guide and gently work it out. Its a twist nail.
When it is so far out a pair of pincers will finish the job but may scratch the guide if you don't take precautions.

paint scraper down the back and then ease the whole thing forward to pull the nail out.

Cool. Thought it might be one of those funky nails but wasnt sure.
