Went to SpaceBar in Sunderland today. It's a decent setup and a lot of the games have CRT screens

The owner seemed a nice guy- think he D&D is on loan from someone (possibly on here). His Jaws plays well, all pins are in good shape and the arcade itself is very good. Some of the vids are on free play like guitar hero, others it’s tokens / US quarters at the bar. Thankfully the pinball machines are all £ or you can use contactless payment. If you’re travelling by car- park at Nile Street or better still, park at the Bridges shopping centre car park. Short walk from either

The Townhouse in Whitley bay (formerly Dirty Habit) still has IMDN pro - think that’s the only pin that @Parallax Digital still has sited up north unless he can correct me?

Played the townhouse IMDN too. Machine is very clean/ like new condition.
Barman reckons they rotate for a different machine every 3 months.

Interesting. I went to play D&D and ended up spending more time on ST.
The UV in that setting works well + the backboard ball lock is pretty smart.

Ah - we didnt play ST once. Played a lot of it at various locations.

We werent too impressed with Kong - not sure if this was too steep but it felt chaotic, and very fast. Probably need a few more plays before making my mind up.

Definitely heading back late September/early October - if anyone reading this from the N'East wants to tag along!
