Heavily rumoured from Barrels of Fun it looks like it’s Dune now being confirmed from multiple sources

Kind of glad its not The Fifth Element which was the other rumour I heard, my wallet couldnt handle that at the moment.

Hmmm if true helps my wallet as I would have been in on a fifth element if it looked good

And with King Kong and Harry Potter back end of this year I can't afford them all lol

Wait... Thunder down under?

Dare I say this isn't actually Dune, it's Tremors?!

Love the David Lynch/Allan Smithee version, and the Jordorowsky documentary was brilliant.

Havent gotten round to watching the modern versions yet.

Great books.
Decent enough film adaptations.
Spicey!
Chance of buying NIB? <0%

Just seen this announcement. I've never seen Dune but the playfield layout looks wild, I'm a huge fan of Labyrinth and love what they did with the licence so fingers crossed this will be a hit for Dune Fans

Looks fantastic, artwork, backless, sculptures!

Can really figure out layout as pictures pixelate but looks promising

Not a theme for me but it'll sell well and gives me hopes for more cult / sci fi pins from them :)

Does everyone hate Dune?

It's basically LotR for Sci-fi, I'm keen!
It's always been a bit marmite, the books are quite complex with a very political under tone, it's been about 25 years since I've read them. The TV series and films can be a little confusing. Part 2 or part 1 of the new film can't remember which seemed to skip a period of time without indicating, when Timothy c went from going into the tribe to fighting a machine

My wife found both films boring as hell, I enjoyed them.

Whilst the machine looks great, not doing anything for me, but who knows without playing it.

Whats going on with the bottom left wireform? Looks like the ball launches from the kickout which must give it some air to land on the start of the wire form. Also has this on it.

This game looks awesome - worm eats the ball, unbelievable amount of mechs and if the theme integration is as good as labyrinth I'd be tempted to thin the herd in favour of a Dune.
