Drop Target on Fish Tales?

I've just noticed there is a drop target invfront of the ball lock.

I've only just noticed it because it is always down. Is it supposed to be up occasionally?

Depends on the settings, on easy it will be down first multiball.

When you try going for the second it should be up to block the first shot to the casters club, then will drop for subsequent locks.

On normal settings, once getting a jackpot and after your multiball ends, the drop target should raise, meaning you have to hit it to enable locking balls again.
It also raises and drops just before the start of a multiball too.

Check it's operation in solenoid test mode.

I think it it thinks it was set to easy for ball lock so wasn't coming up. (it said medium in the settings though.) Changed it to Hard and it was up at the beginning of the game so it definitely works.

Changed it back to medium and it comes up after first multiball as you would expect, so all is good.
