Was asked to look at a mates JD as the planet had stopped turning. The motor/gearbox are running from what i can see through the open end of the gearbox inside the gearbox but nothing is moving outside.
I've actually removed the complete assy (not a 5min job either) and got 12v onto the motor. The gearbox looks a sealed unit so are these units available either new or second hand or is it repairable or a common fault. Thanks Ken
