Downloading from Youtube

Can an IT guru help me pls ?

I run a community cinema that is reopening after a 2.5 yr shut down.

I show trailers before the main movie. As the village hall we use has poor broadband I used to download 3x trailers from youtube using the www.ssyoutube.com/blah blah method and then use basic video editing software called HitFilm Express to stitch them together.

The ssyoutube service has now been suspended

Is there another safe/ easy way to download stuff from youtube pls ?

Youtube-dl.org has always worked well for me. It's a command line script though, which may be a pro or a con depending on what you like...
