Dmd LCD conversion

anybody installed and LCD dmd conversion in lethal weapon?
Looking for adviceon how you mounted the screen, speaker panel is obviously very different to my Frankenstein and can't find any guides/advice on fitting these to machines with the plastic speaker pannels.
Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated.
 
I installed a ColorDMD LCD in DE Tommy a while back. Not sure if the speaker panel is same design as LW3. But it involved modifying the panel to accomodate the screen. Annoyingly about 3 months later they introduced their new version that fits with no modification ....sods law....:rolleyes:

Anyway , here is the instructions that came with it ...might be of some use ???

That looks about right with what I had in mind.
Was just a little reluctant to start cutting ok he panel.
Have been thinking about making a speaker surround/dmd panel from mdf so I didn't have to damage the original; but can't seem to find any diagrams or measurements and would like to make it at work as all my kit here
