DM resetting

Will be a little difficult as this is a machine of mine at a mates house and I'm pretty useless even if I can see the machine !
But my DM started resetting apparently when left flipper activated (button or trigger).
Apparently now resetting even just when left alone
Any ideas?

Reseat the ribbon connectors from the board with the batteries.

Reseat the 5v cables? Sounds like a variation of the classic reset problem.
