Dirty Harry Flipper E.O.S. problem?

Found my Dirty Harry reporting check Switch F1 R Flipper E.O.S., Switch F3 R Flipper E.O.S. & Switch F5 UR Flipper E.O.S.
New fault for me so I look up videos on google and start checks (Fuses, switchs & wires). Find loose wire (Orange) near upper right flipper end of stroke switch (See picture).
Think loose wire may have been touching something else, as once moved and secured test reported cleared.
Problem now is I can not figure out where this wire came from and manual no help. Can not see any break points missing wire or switchs that do not work.
Think maybe like Left Flipper E.O.S. switch, 2 wires same point, but would like to be SURE before putting back.

The Fliptronic system has the EoS switches connecting to Ground, which as I recall uses Orange wire. Ground for the three switches would be connected in daisy-chain configuration. If the broken wire was coming from the Fliptronic circuit board, then it breaking off would see all three switches reported.

Unless, like Star Trek Next Gen, the 'spare' EoS switch is used for some other device on the playfield (on that game, it's used for the spinner).

This is problem. All 3 flippers have ground wire connected, test reports nothing and switchs showing working.
If ground daisy-chain logically this loose orange wire has come from ground on upper right flipper. But orange wire currently connected to upper right flipper (See picture) shows no sign of another wire being attached.

Following up on this posting owner on USA pinside forum forward picture of his setup.

Odd got error when wire disconnected, then cleared when looked at test report.
Got error error again when re-connected wire, then cleared when looked at test report.
Is this normal? As playing fine now.
