I have this problem on my friend's machine.
All flipper just don't have power to kick the ball when it's on it.Without the ball they move good, but if the ball is on the flipper kick very very slow.
I think I tested everything that I can but no luck.
So here what I tried.

1.Replaced all boards including the flipper opto boards and the opto one under the playfield from his other DH machine(he have two)
2.Checked the coils, even replaced one with new and no luck.
3.Replaced all EOS.
4.Checked the voltages when it's not energize on the three lugs,it's 60v,I think this must be good.
5.Checked the power wire to the boards and it's ok

The only thing that I didn't changed is the transformer, but I doubt it's from him.

Ans suggestions what to try?
Can it be some broken wire?
If I wrote some info from the web,I understand that the hold side must be the problem, but what to test.

Hello,

I think that the voltage present without the flipper(s) energised should be more than 60v, as I recall Williams technical data said 75v.

The e/o/s switches wouldn't really affect the flipper operation, on the Fliptronic II system.

Had this once on a TZ. Turned out to be a poor connector that takes the AC off the power board over to the fliptronics. Can't remember the connector number but it's the one with the blue white wires top right near the fuses.
