DEJP inconsistent vuk/coil firing power - What next?

The bunker Vuk on my DEJP is supposed to fire to the left flipper. However often it'll hit the left sling and instantly drain.

Similiar with the ball shooter, mostly it'll go through the gate to the pops but sometimes it'll miss and hit the stand-up targets. I tried adjusting the ball guide to no avail.

I changed the coil sleeve on both the ball launch and the bunker vuk, made sure the mech is tight. Checked the connections.
I also removed the ppb board and reflowed connections. They looked awful but continuity is fine and if they were screwed wouldn't things not work at all?
It's frustrating to spend a day messing with it, thinking you've solved it to then play a game and have the ball eject from the bunker and go stdm 😒😔

I have no clue what to try next and would really appreciate help.

Machine is level, clean, coil sleeves changed, mechs tight.

I thought I'd check the voltage on the test points.
My unregulated 12v is showing as 10.76v

Could this be a problem?

There is sometimes a pin on the actual activator. Make sure it moves freely. Some a split pin starts to come out and can rub the sleeve slightly.

I would also check voltage at the coil. Make sure its good.

Check in the manual if you have the correct coil. Sometimes game owners use the wrong coils.

Remove the whole assembly and check everything is bent correctly. Also check other guides on the playfield.

This is a mechanical fault and not electronic (unless it is the wrong coil).

I didn't think of checking the coils, all the coils in the pin say, 090-5001-00 23-800.
But the manual, for the auto plunger and bunker vuk says they should be 090-5001-01 23-800.

Difference being 00 and 01, are they widely different coils?
