Dear All,
I am pleased to announce that this year's Festive Pinball Gathering will be held on Friday 5th, Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th December 2014.
Friday 5th:
Open 6.30pm to 10pm. Social gathering on Friday night for those who want an early start to the weekend. Normal Special When Lit entry fee applies: £5 per person, £3 for children under 16, free for children aged 10 and under.
Saturday 6th:
Open noon to 7pm. The Fourth Festive Classics will be held on Saturday in conjunction with/alongside the Special When Lit League. Both the Classics and League are open for everyone to play in. For those who don't feel competitive and would rather not participate in the League and/or the Classics then all remaining 10 or so machines will be available to play.
For the Classics, 5 machines will be used with the top 3 qualifiers on each machine (plus the next best attempt – the 5 fourth places will be checked for percentage nearest the third place and the lowest will qualify) progressing to the knock-out stage. Trophies will be presented to the overall top 4 players. Normal side tournament (50%) WPPR points apply.
In a change to how normal league meets are run; six machines will be randomly selected at 12 noon and they will all be played as single player games throughout the afternoon. There will be no practice allowed on them before hand, although you may practice on other games that are not being used for the league.
The Festive Classics knockout round will start on completion of qualifying at 4pm, the Classic final will be played after all league games have been completed. Normal WPPR league points will apply to those who are not part of another local league (the national/regional organised UK Pinball League is separate and players in that league can attend and participate in any local league).
Cost:
Classics – 50p per qualifying attempt per person; unlimited qualifying attempts allowed until 4pm. Any game in progress at 4pm will count on completion.
League / Normal entry (not competitive) – £5 per person, £3 for children under 16, free for children aged 10 and under.
Sunday 8th: SOLD OUT

Shops are just over 5 min walk away. In fact most of the centre of Salisbury can be reached in 10 minutes or so on foot.
