Where you're buying the transistor and diode from should have the resistor. If all else fails, I've found this Ebay seller pretty good for bits and bobs;

This is a nice simple mech to work on, and if you do get confused refer to the Knocker as they're the same

Well tonight I decided to get to work. All parts required in hand thanks to eBay and @pinballmania

I replaced Q1, Q2, R19, R18, D21 and D20 plus the Solenoid. The reason I decided to replace Q2 as well was after testing multiple times the resistor at R18 was reading bad and I wasn't taking any chances.

...All working again!

edit forgot to add the board cleaned up pretty good with some isopropyl alcohol as suggested.
