I noticed via the shop logs that my Hook had the wrong flipper coils - so thought I'd treat it to the correct coils and some parts to rebuild the flipper mech's at the same time. All went well but I'm a bit disappointed with the result particularly the right flipper which needs to hit the Windcoaster with some welly but now appears weaker.
Previously 090-5032-0T were fitted which is wrong for this game, it should be 090-5020-30 (Right) and 090-5030-00 (Left). Perhaps the replacement is less powerful?
What I'm not sure of is how tight the link below should be? It has quite a bit of bit of play note screwdriver inserted. I'm worried if overt-tightening I could shear the bolt.
Other than that the coil is held tightly and the flipper bat has just a small bit of up/down play using credit card to gauge the gap.
Thanks for any advice.
