Data east dmd, one line gone out after 5 mins.

What would be the cause of one full line going out on a data east dmd, but the odd thing is is that it takes about 5 mins after power up for it to fade out. Any ideas? Or does it just need a new dmd

Could be a change in supply voltage. Carefully measure the voltages when cold, and again after the problem occurs.
