Wanted Couple of Small Hardware Parts Wanted!

Just wondered if anyone had either of the following parts at all?

After the Brass bit as seen below as i seem to be one or two short!

Also does anyone how one of these metal post things? Mine has stripped the thread completely out of it and its too far gone to re-tap it!
