Connector crimp type Rainbow target Woz

One of the wires has come loose from the block connecting the top end of my Woz RR Rainbow target LED board. Inside the block, the 5 wires are crimped in, but can't work out the type of crimp used or where I can get hold of a tool and bits to mend this. Any ideas welcome please! mat
